Three years ago, we used another firm to inspect our last property and the inspector

missed over $22,000 in major things! I asked him did he use a moisture meter and he said

he wasn’t asked to, but would have if he had been instructed to. I threatened to sue him

but he said he wasn’t insured. Being from out of town, I really don’t have the time to chase

the matter up and on the other hand can’t afford not to. I will probably get stuck with the

repair bill and it really makes me cranky.
