‘Pricing Policy’

Our pricing is based upon providing a professional service by professional operators.

This means that each inspector is fully licenced, fully insured, uses state of the art equipment and is continually involved in ongoing training and personal development.

Each inspection is carefully and methodically undertaken using a 834 critical item checklist and system, totally unique to this business. This system has been independently University certified as strictly complying with every aspect and detail of Australian Standard AS 4349.1-1995. This system enabled us to become the first franchised business of this type in all of Australia.

Every report is also quadruple checked by head office in addition to the inspector carefully checking and signing off on each job. This system is old fashioned and labour intensive, but highly effective and accurate. We go to a lot of trouble to get it absolutely right, because we know how much you are counting on us.

Our recommended prices are based upon what we do and how long it takes us to do it and not by what some of our opposition charge (as most provide far less than us in terms of quality assurance, yet they still charge more). Our actual prices are in fact, way lower than our recommended prices for 3 reasons: The first is because our size gives us cost savings that smaller one man operations will never have, the second is our checklist and systems make us more efficient and thirdly because we save money on administration costs when you choose to pay up front. We then pass this extra saving directly on to you.

On the other hand we are not the cheapest in the market either. We would be happy to match any price at any time, on one condition: You just tell us how much you would like us to leave out, because...we don’t take shortcuts!!! Thank you for your understanding.
